Manage and implement the new products and production engineering activities by good communication alignment with global team across internal and external stakeholders, to secure engineering efficiency, cycle time, cost, and other engineering performance.

通過與內部和外部利益相關者的全球團隊保持良好溝通，管理和實施新產品和生產工程活動，以確保工程效率、周期時間、成本和其他工程績效。

Manage product tech. documents and ｕｐｄａｔｅ. Ensure that needed production documents, standard operation procedures and other documents are ｃｒｅａｔｅd in a timely manner and that they fulfil all the requirements.

Identify critical risks in the production processes.

Provide solutions to solve production engineering problem to assure the OTD

Manage equipment maintenance resource to meet the process requirements and improve efficiency, setup pre-maintenance system.

Requirements:    

Bachelor degree or above in Engineering/Administration or relevant disciplines.

工程/管理或相關專業本科及以上學歷。

At least 5 years working experience in Manufacture factory.

至少5年制造工廠工作經驗。 

At least 2-3 years engineering management experience.

至少2-3年工程管理經驗  

Familiar with lean production /problem solving /continuous improvement tools.

熟悉精益生產/問題解決/持續改進工具       

Fluent English.

流利的英語。
