Position Purpose:

To be responsible for the EHS system and ｅｘｅｃute the EHS  system to make sure whole site daily activities to be running smoothly; manage  contractor/vendor safety and correct site unsafe behaviors or working  environment. Communicate with related local government departments to ensure no  incompliance with local EHS laws.

To consummate EHS management system and review  the effectiveness of the systemTo complete three Simultaneities of  environmental protection and occupational health for the new build, expansion  and reconstruction project. To setup contractor/vendor safety management  system to minimize the injury case and prevent the interrupt to normal  operationTo launch safety programs to enhance RFS  employees’ safety awarenessTo collect and analyze EHS key indicators to  track the preventive actions’ ｅｘｅｃution statusTo communicate with government related  department to ensure no incompliance with laws and local requirements To   manage ERT group and all kinds of safety auditOther work commanded by the manager
